Ah, yes, but the warmer temperatures come with a price…storms! If we survive tonight and tomorrow, though, Tuesday looks nice.
Amen, Linda. When I went out to get the paper an hour ago I needed a big umbrella because it was thundering and lightening and raining HARD. But rain now is the price I’m willing to pay for lush flowers like we had last year.
Yup.. it’s been strange here the past couple of days. Yesterday was mild enough for a sweatshirt as outerwear. By 9 pm we had about 2 inches of snow. It was gone with heavy rains by midnight. We had a few small thunderstorms roll through overnight. Rainy on and off today, with temperatures in the low 60′s. But it’s spring!
Oh.. and beautiful image, Sandra. That’s what I was going to start out saying and it got washed away with the rain.
Hilary — We’ve had strange weather too. But Hubby actually did play golf yesterday. And we’re supposed to have 60′s by the weekend, but with rain. Of course, Spring WILL arrive, but like the arrival of a baby, it seems to enjoy keeping us guessing until the last minute!
