… your baby turns 40!
Every mother wants to have at least one picture of their daughter with a sumo wrestler, no?
(Readers. is it just me or does 40 look alot younger than it used to? I know it’s hard to judge, isn’t it, because your eye just keeps being drawn back to that verry interesting guy beside her!) I’m pretty sure this was taken at the conference she recently attended in San Francisco.
It has always been fun and interesting being your mother, daughter of mine. Thank you for adding to my life immeasurably.
Happy Birthday, Babe.
Love, Mom and Dad
Readers, we are going to Chicago for the weekend to help DD celebrate her birthday. So, no posts for the next two days. But on Monday I’ll be posting about an interesting event I attended yesterday and it will include a prize you can win. See you then!

Happy Birthday DD!!!! I’m glad you are joining the “club”. I know for a fact she is beautiful but is more beautiful is what is inside. She is a great friend!!!

Thank you, ElleBee — we did! The high point was that I took Coco shopping on Saturday, because HER birthday was on Wednesday, the 18th. We had a great time. And I always enjoy playing games with all three of the girls. We took the video UP with us, and watched it together. That is reallllly a charming movie. And, of course, we enjoyed spending time with DD. It was a good weekend.

Chrissy — We did enjoy spending time with DD and her girls, but it was really hectic.
She is starting to write once in a while again, but, as you can imagine, her life is really up in the air right now, so it’s hard to tell cute little stories, when so much serious stuff is going on. I know she appreciates your friendship and prayers. She’ll be back someday.
